This new 5,465 sf high-end home is already making waves in Telluride with its modern design. The house will include a living area, master bedroom, three car garage, a lower level, and exterior patio, spa, living area, and covered entry perfectly blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.
Our team will be providing the lighting design to match. The house will feature large windows, and part of our scope is also a focus on the light level calculations and testing to ensure that glare and light pollution won't be a disruption to the wildlife, or the neighbors.
We are excited to be teaming up with TruLinea Architects on this design, as well as one of the neighboring lots, bringing modern design to this beautiful mountain town.
